Shipping Update

I have received news the book's delivery has been delayed due to pandemic related "port congestion" (it is delivering by boat). It was supposed to have arrived this past weekend but is now expected around the very end of the month. Realistically, this means if you have already ordered a copy/copies it will not get to you until sometime in February, for which I deeply apologize. I have packing materials all ready to go to get them out asap. This is good news if you have been waiting to order though, as it extends the preorder period and thus the reduced price (which includes shipping and tax within the continental US). Once the book is shipping the price will increase. Hopefully there will not be any further delays but if there are I will keep you posted here.
